Everything will be intensified under this new Moon, as this new Moon will make you more mentally active, bringing out the demon in you, which if you are not careful can lead to trouble or a lot of stress.
Your words can do a lot of harm, and really will speak louder than your actions, so make sure you are mindful under this new Moon. Be careful what you say to people, think before you speak, do not repeat or spread gossip, as you could be misinformed.
Now's the time to sort out your communication skills, don’t just hear someone's words, listen to them. Put your pen to paper and write down your thoughts and frustrations, rather than blurting them out. To do so may send out mixed messages, which most likely will have an undesired impact.
Do a little research before making any important decisions, don’t be impulsive. There is no truer phrase than ‘knowledge is power’, Use it correctly in your communications and you won’t go far wrong.
Keep your mind clear of clutter and everybody else’s problems or business. Meditate or go for a walk. If you are out walking, blank out everything other than the sounds you want to hear around you. Listen to the cheerful chirping of the birds, or the wind as it whistles through the leaves on the trees. Breathe deep, enjoy the fresh air and the sensation of the gentle breeze on your face - this will help clear the cobwebs clouding your concentration.
Alternatively, try colouring in. It surprised us, but there are many adult colouring books out there (our own will be available later in the year). This seriously helps to clear your mind, as your focus is on what you are doing, by keeping within the lines, and using vibrant colours. In fact, it really is very therapeutic. There’s an artist within all of us, and if it brings you calm, peace and clarity, then it's got to be worth trying.
Once your mind is completely clear, then focus on what you really want to achieve this month before the full Moon. Write it down, shout it out, chant it, send your will into the universe!. But please do be careful what you wish for!.
