Welcome to the Flickering Kitchen where each month we will be sharing with you some yummy recipes that you can eat, burn, drink or spray.
As we have our very own branded tea come out this month, we thought it was a great place to start in our first edition and share a delicious Spring tea recipe with you to try.
Get yourself a little tin or bag as the recipe itself will make at least 4 cups of tea, so you can save for another day.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons dried nettle leaf
1 tablesoon dried burdock root
1 tablespoon dried calenula flower 1/2 tablesppon dried, seedless rose hips 1/2 tablespoon dried rose petals

1/2 tablespoon dried lemon peel
Firstly, combine all your ingredients into a bowl mixing it altogether. Now put it into your tea container, in readiness to use.
Get yourself a tea infuser, Amazon sell them or you can get one from us, when you order one of our tea blends (there is one included).
Boil your water ready.
Take a 1/4 of your tea and place it into your infuser, then pop it into the boiled water. Leave it to steep for 5 minutes, giving a little stir every now and then to release more flavour.
It is now ready to drink and pour into your cup to enjoy. If you like it quite sweet, you can always add a little natural honey to give it a boost.
