You can also purchase empty bio-degradable teabags, from Amazon to bag up your tea if you prefer it to loose tea.
Use a pestle and mortar to mix in all your herbs giving a gentle nudge to release the essences and flavours from the herbs.
You can use fresh herbs to make
your tea, they do not have to be dried. For most recipes just x by 4 to replace dried herbs.
Once you have made you tea, you can always add fresh herbs to add to its distinctive flavour and to strengthen the tea and taste.
