Often one's head gets filled with everyday life clutter that you can find hard to clear, especially when you feel the whole world is falling down or apart around you. The stresses and strains you encounter can take an immense toll, it clouds judgement, thinking and clarity, your mental state of mind is a complete mess, your focus is completely sporadic, as your coping mechanism has lost the ability to function.
This in turn will dampen your magical energies, as they are all directed into the chaotic or dull thought processes of your brain, in fact when your mind is in this state of duress, your abilities to perform your rituals are close to zero.
How do you clear your mind? How do you find peace? It is certainly not an easy task, no matter how well trained you are, and too often we just sit and let it all go by us, feeling worse everyday or just plain numb! Ignoring or hiding away from problems that clutter the mind, always seems like the easiest way out. It is human nature. It is what we do, but it does not solve
the problem.
‘I don’t know what to do’ ‘I just can’t think about it anymore’ ‘I can’t find a way out of this’ ‘leave me alone, I don’t want to talk about it’
Are all to common statements, we have said to ourselves when we are faced with problems we feel we can’t solve.
Everyone has been in this place at one time or another in their lives, and some find it harder than others to deal with it. The mind is a powerful tool, for which we only know a small percentage about and understanding the psyche of how it works is still an ongoing process, and after the last two years we have had, it does not surprise me in the slightest that Mental Illness is on the rise.
In order to deal with all problems, one needs a clear mind so you can see how to resolve it or them. At the same time you need to release all the negative energy that has built up within you trying to cope with what life is throwing at you.
