Bewitching August
Oh, the joys of Summer!
We love the month of August here at Flickering HQ.
Yes, we know the daylight hours are slowly becoming less, but we are of the ‘make hay whilst the Sun shines’ attitude.
We’re truly blessed here at Flickering HQ with the beautiful grounds we have, that are enhanced by the input of Matt, our welly wearing friend and manager of all things horticultural here.
Our South garden is awash with the bold bright colours of August.
Which, coincidentally is very characteristic of the predominant star sign of this month, Leo.
They love to put on a show, and they certainly are colourful characters.
Leo Peeps have a way with words and can speak eloquently and at length on just about any topic. They can put on a show and talk convincingly on a subject they have very little or no knowledge of, which makes
them great politicians!
Setting the showmanship to one side, they are also very warm and passionately defensive of those close to them.
The brash confidence of Leos is quite genuine. They have an instinctive belief that they are right.
Beware that Leos will lash out when they are hurting. They will use anger to mask any pain they may feel as they have a need to be seen as solid and steadfast
.
If you can deal with their over-inflated visions of themselves and the occasional angry outburst, Leos do make for good lifelong friends.
