Looking after your herbs
The Right Temperature
need to grow, once a month add a water soluble treatment, give them a treat!
Humidity
Indoor herbs need both high humidity and excellent air circulation. A good tip is to mist your herbs with a spray bottle once a week.
Cutting
Wait till your herb grows to about 6 to 8 inches at least in height, with healthy leaves before cutting. Always cut your herbs with clean sharp scissors or herb clippers. This will prevent you from damaging your herb, keeping it happy, and promoting its growth.
It will depend on the herb as to what and where you cut, so please do research before chopping away so you don't kill or upset your herb.

Most herbs have a low tolerance to the cold. They grow best indoors with the temperature anywhere between 18-24 Centigrade.
Wherever you place your herbs, try to make sure they are not in a direct draft as this will lower the temperature - especially during the winter months as the cold can kill some herbs.
Watering
Your herbs will need to be watered on a regular basis. Never allow them to dry out, but also do not over water them.
Check them daily. If the top of the soil is dry, they need watering. If your soil is moist on top, they don’t. Generally. you will only need to water them every other day or so. In the warmer summer months you may need to do this daily.
