Q: What are your dispatch times ?

We dispatch everything within 1-2 working days, if it is any longer we will notify you.

Q: Postage & Packaging ?

For the Mainland UK the price you see, is the price you pay, everything includes postage & packaging. Other Countries will incur additional charges, Please enquire before you order.

Q: Delivery Times ?

All our products are sent to you either by Royal Mail or Courier service with 3-5 days delivery times. If you need your order sooner, please do get in touch as we do offer a speedy service for an additional fee. Some products come direct from our suppliers, so if you order more than one item, you may receive your order in two parcels but we will notify you if this is the case. For International Orders please check before ordering as delivery times will vary.

Q: Faulty Items ?

If an item is faulty we may need returning for us to look at or return to our supplier. We will cover any postage costs incurred by you should this be the case. Please see section 8 in our terms & conditions for full description.

Q: Damaged Items ?

We will always do our utmost to ensure your goods get to you in excellent condition, but occasionally we do suffer the odd items getting damaged in transit. In this event, you will need to notify us in writing to either enquiries@theflickeringcauldron.com or via post or by using our Contact Us page on the website. You will need to notify us within 36 hours of receiving your goods. Please see section 9 in our terms & conditions for full description.
